Returns and Refunds Policy  

We’re a small business, but we don’t let that stop us from providing exceptional customer care.  

We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you must return or exchange a product. Apart from wanting our customers to be 100% happy, we are committed to complying with Australian retail returns and refund laws and recommendations to ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable, reliable and that you return to shop with us again. 

General Returns:  

You can return a product within 30 days of receipt if it meets these conditions: 

Goods are in their original condition and packaging. 

Enclose a copy of the original Tax Invoice or Delivery Docket. 

Delivery fees will be paid by the purchaser. 

A minimum 15% restocking fee applies (varies based on order size). 

Exchanges:

 Damaged or Defective Goods:  

If for some reason your order has arrived damaged or defective, we apologise and as that you notify us at hello@learnbyplay.com.au within 7 days so that we can rectify the situation for you.  

For damaged or defective items, we’re happy to offer you a replacement of goods, a store credit or a refund. 

We use registered mail for returns and Learn By Play is not liable for lost items. 

Shipping for Returns & Refunds: 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover packaging and delivery fees. 

‘Change of Mind’: Customer is responsible for packaging and delivery fees.
